Every tradie undergoes a thorough verification process. We check their trade licence with the relevant state authority, verify their public liability insurance (minimum $5M cover), and require a current National Police Check. Only tradies who pass all three are approved.
When you book a job, you receive a price upfront before any work begins. This is the price you pay — no hidden call-out fees, no hourly surprises. If the scope changes on-site, they’ll get your approval first.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll send another verified tradie to fix it at no additional cost. If we can’t resolve it, you get a full refund.
For emergencies, we aim to dispatch within 2 hours. Urgent jobs are typically handled within 24 hours. For routine work, you can schedule ahead — usually within 1-2 weeks depending on availability.
We currently operate in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide metro areas, with regional expansion underway. Enter your suburb when booking to check availability.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You pay when you book, and funds are held until the job is completed to your satisfaction. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Free to join on the Starter plan. Tradies set their own callout fee and pay a commission (15% Starter, 10% Pro at $49/mo, 5% Business at $149/mo). Customers also pay a $9.95 booking fee that doesn't come from the tradie. No lead fees.
